Frequently Asked Questions

We think we may need help with HR, but we’re not sure if we do, or if outside HR help is affordable or the best solution.  What do you suggest as a next step?
For about an hour of your time, together we can step through a structured review of your current state HR practices.  This discussion will help to identify what’s working well now and what areas, if any, represent problems to be solved, areas to manage and opportunities to be captured.  We will also discuss what’s appropriate for your size organization and the options available to you for support.

Are your HR service agreements for a fixed or extended term?
Our service agreements for HR support have no fixed terms and can be ended by either party with 30 days’ notice.  Project and retainer engagements end when the deliverables are accomplished as defined by the project plan or client goals.  

Is your remote HR support provided as a call center type of service?
We do not use “call center” type HR support. You will have a dedicated, known, and trusted HR consultant with senior level experience and expertise to confidently meet your HR support needs.
